Shipping: - Shipping charges are determined during checkout, and are based on the items you're ordering, quantities, and your ZIP code. - All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation (USPS) or tracking (UPS). - Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. - All orders from this shop ship directly from our distributor to your door. We do not get the tracking information until the order has been shipped from our distributor. Please contact us 2-3 business days after the order has been placed for tracking information. - All orders under $25.00 are subject to an additional $2.50 handling fee. - All orders paid by Paypal must go to the address that appears on the transaction page on the Paypal website. - Sorry, we cannot combine orders from this Hobbies Depot Shop with orders from other Hobbies Depot Shops. - Sorry, we cannot offer local-pick-up for this shop (all orders must be shipped).
Returns: Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All nondefective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. Returns of nondefective merchandise before 15 days from the invoice date are subject to 20% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns of nodefective merchandise after 15 days. We are not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 15 days, per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
